TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: March 1, 2024

Welcome to the Maralee Webber's teaching platform. By accessing or using our MemberVault platform to enroll in and participate in our courses ("Courses"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to access the Courses.

2. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, and other resources ("Content"), are owned by Maralee Webber and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any Content without our express written permission.

3. Payment & Refund Policy3.1 Payments

All payments for the Courses must be made in full before access is granted. Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change at any time. We use third-party payment processors, and by making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law. If you experience technical issues accessing the Content, please contact us at iriewell@gmail.com.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability4.1 Educational & Informational Purposes Only

The Courses are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a healthcare if you are unwell.

4.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from taking our Courses. Your success depends on your personal efforts, background, and other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maralee Webber is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Courses.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Content without permission.
• Engage in illegal or unethical activities while using our services.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Courses if we determine that you have violated these terms.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Courses after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
